Cakes are my passion! But they do take a lot of time and patience to make! I don't do them for sale but when my children's birthdays come I always try to do my best to impress them. Of course I don't allow them to choose a complicated thing. A simple round or square cake can be cut in many shapes and easily covered  with this sugar paste icing. You just roll it with a rolling pin. Anyone who wishes to do a similar one don't give up! It is simple and impresses the kids!
